The Procurement and Contract Management Policy establishes how Council purchases goods and services and manages contracts. It aims to ensure public funds are spent responsibly, fairly and transparently while delivering the best outcomes for the community.
Community members can review the current policy to the right of this screen, and provide feedback and suggestions to help shape the new version.
