CORANGAMITE PLANNING SCHEME - Notice of Approval of Amendment

The Minister for Planning has approved Amendment C55cora to the Corangamite Planning Scheme.

The Amendment comes into operation on the date this notice is published in the Victoria Government Gazette.

The amendment rezones land at 373 Old Geelong Road, Camperdown (Crown Allotment 6A, Section 23, Parish of Colongulac) from Farming Zone Schedule 1 to Industrial 1 Zone.

A copy of the Amendment can be inspected, free of charge, at the Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning website at www.planning.vic.gov.au/public-inspection or by contacting 1800 789 386 to arrange a time to view the amendment documentation. A copy of the amendment can also be inspected, free of charge, during office hours at the offices of the Corangamite Shire Council, 181 Manifold Street, Camperdown.
